Bridgera is an innovative custom software solutions company specializing in developing Internet of Things (IoT) products. We develop custom IoT connected solutions for our customers. We are looking for a Technical Architect to manage some of our critical IoT projects work.

Role and Responsibilities
- Design a complete and complex framework, system or product.
- Define processes for technical platforms, system specifications, Input/output and working parameters for hardware and/or software compatibility.
- Architect system interfaces and business application prototypes.
- Identify, analyse and resolve system design weaknesses.
- Influence the shaping of future products by contributing to the framework (architecture) used across multiple products or systems.
- Provide multi-layered technical expertise for next generation initiatives.
Educational Qualifications
- B. Tech. / Graduate / MCA
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 8 -12 years’ experience in software product engineering on SAAS products. Strongly prefer experience in products in HR tech domains
- Should have at least 3 years hands-on experience in delivery of major, minor and bug releases/ patches for products/ apps in below categories of tools/ technologies:
- Web development technologies such as AngularJS, HTML 5, CSS 3, XML, SQL, JSON, JavaScript
- Backend/ Business Logic tier Nodejs (mandatory), Microservices & REST APIs, Event driven and server less architectures/ AWS Lambda, AWS Eventbridge, Kafka/ AWS MSK, Containerization & container deployment using docker-Kubernetes, Public SDKs
- Databases- NoSQL (MongoDB) & relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL)- data modeling/ database design and operations, performance tuning
- Good to have- Analytics, big data
- Be curious, detail oriented, and analytical, with a proven ability to learn quickly
- Be customer-focused, team-oriented, and motivated, taking ownership of assigned tasks
- Have proven ability to self-manage, as well as manage interdisciplinary relationships
- Have proven verbal and written communication skills
