We are looking for a Senior PHP WordPress developer who is excellent at coding, database design, and analytical approach. The candidates must have good communication skills to communicate with the clients and in-house cross-department team members.  

Role & Responsibilities 

  • Develop and maintain WordPress websites, plugins, and themes according to project requirements 
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites. 
  • Customize and optimize existing WordPress plugins and themes to enhance functionality and performance 
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure seamless user experience across different devices and browsers 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to WordPress development, including compatibility, performance, and security 
  • Stay up to date with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the development process 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and meet client expectations 

Qualifications: 

  • 4+ years of experience with Strong Knowledge of PHP & WordPress. 
  • Must have excellent knowledge in WordPress CMS & Skinning, HTML/CSS & PHP web frameworks. 
  • Must have knowledge of ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) 
  • Good knowledge of formidable forms 
  • Create Plugins & plugin customizations in WordPress 
  • Hands-on development experience in building Responsive Web Design user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3 and Angular.
  • Good experience with MySQL.
  • At least three years of Experience with JavaScript/JQuery, HTML5, AJAX, and CSS3
  • Knowledge of UI frameworks such as Bootstrap will be a plus 
  • Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin 
  • Good understanding of the integration of various payment gateways like PayPal, Stripe, various plugins in Magento & WordPress 
  • Strong sense of UI and UX, and be up to date with all the latest design, animation, etc guidelines shared by Google 
  • Good knowledge of Hosting / A | NS | MX records 
  • Strong coding knowledge on developing applications using Web APIs / REST APIs. 
  • Thorough understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) 
  • Demonstrated experience in working in a team environment. 

Technical Skills: 

  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Microsoft Azure) a plus 
  • Be curious, detail oriented, and analytical, with a proven ability to learn quickly 
  • Be customer-focused, team-oriented, and motivate ed, taking ownership of assigned tasks 
  • Have proven ability to self-manage, as well as manage interdisciplinary relationships 
  • Have proven verbal and written communication skills
