Project Manager

Total Experience: 10+ Years

Job Location: 1st preference: Kolkata; 2nd preference: Hyd/ Pune; 3rd preference: anywhere in India. Should be willing to travel and work from Bridgera offices in Kolkata, Hyderabad or Pune if required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Project planning, daily scrum calls, sprint retrospective.
• Prepare and present Project Status and manage product roadmap to CXO.
• Actively participate in requirement discussions to drive clarity.
• Review high-level and low-level technical design documents.
• Manage user stories in Jira and drive priorities for agile execution.
• Conduct agile ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily scrum calls, sprint retrospective.
• Prepare user documentation and release notes.
• Validate implementation through spot checks prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate UAT execution and signoff.
• Track the progress of the tasks and overall project health.
• Create a plan for scalability and high availability of the products. Create plans to minimize service downtime.
• Report and react to service outages promptly.

Work Timings:

• Should work closely with US Team during EST time zone (8AM EST to 5 PM EST)

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Overall 10+ years of experience with software development and management.
• Strong experience of managing web and mobile applications.
• Exposure to Clinical Research, Healthcare domain.
• PMP Certification and Product Management Experience would be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with the following technologies – Angular, Node JS, React JS, React Native, Java.
• Previous experience of working with Relational (MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills via numerous methods (in-person, phone calls, video calls, instant messaging, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Eye for detail.
