The need was to build BI dashboards for the HR Onboarding data of the company and to embed the same in the company’s Onboarding portal.
Onboarding data for each of the candidates likely to join the company, from offered to joining stages was residing in the Amazon Aurora database on the Amazon cloud. It had to be analyzed and visualized using Business Intelligence and Visualization tools to get meaningful insights from this data. The BI dashboards include the key KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), other related metrics, and trend over time. The company wanted the BI dashboards to be embedded in the onboarding portal.
